Upon Entering Our Salon 

  • Please come with a mask. All staff and clients are required to wear a face covering. Masks must be worn over mouth & nose at all times. 

  • Touch less temperature will be taken at the front desk, the CDC defines 100.4 F a fever and a reason for us to reschedule your appointment. 

  • Hand sanitizer will be provide upon arrival. 

  • Please come alone for your appointment, unless you are a parent or guardian or require a companion for medical safety or assistance. 

  • Unfortunately, no pets allowed

  • Please keep essential belongings, such as keys, wallet and phone in a plastic zip lock bag. 

  • Cell phones are permitted, however only for texting, no calls are allowed to be taken inside salon, unless using headphones. 

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. 

  • We are not permitted to serve beverages, food or snacks. Outside deliveries are not permitted at this time.

  • Salon robes are provided which are wash and sanitized after each client. We also have disposable plastics robes for sale upon request. 

 

We will ask all clients the following COVID- 19 screening questions ​

  1. Do you have or have had respiratory symptoms including fever and/or cough or any flu-like symptoms within the last 14 days. 

  2. Have you been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past 4 weeks. ​

Payment Methods

  • All appointments must be made with a credit card on file. 

     Personal checks for gratuities are accepted. Gratuities can be left on a personal credit             card as well, a service charge will be applied. We securely and safely store credit card           information on your client profile. ​

  • Cash tips can be accepted at this time 

  • Please ask for assistance with retail products. No products are permitted to be touched without front desk assistance. 

 

How are we doing our part ​

  • We have installed Plexiglas in between each station, for clients an staff to feel at ease and safe. 

  • All staff is trained and up to date with new CDC protocol and procedures while operating in a hair salon. 

  • All salon personnel go through screening prior to starting their shift

  • We disinfect all surfaces and high volume areas before and after each client

  • We have hand sanitizers, barbicide, alcohol spray bottles, Lysol, tissue boxes on every station and by entrance. 

  • Stylists and assistance wear face shields upon request
